Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Each of our stores ships within its own country.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is included in the price. There is no extra delivery charge at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times from your order, in business days: United States 7–12, Canada 7–12, Australia 5–10, New Zealand 6–10.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Peak seasons, weather, customs and carrier delays can make delivery take longer, especially to rural areas.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 4 business days of ordering, contact us.
Import charges
Our prices include delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay any import charge on delivery, please contact us before paying.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Email us at hello@birchbracken.com.
